Roast beef and french onion grilled cheese. I highly recommend this. Just made it for lunch and it's delicious. I used ciabatta bread instead of rye (not a huge rye fan and I love chewy ciabatta) Once the onions where done, I threw the beef in the pan for a moment. Just to warm it up a bit. Delicious!~~~Sabrina

Yummy!!! "Mock Filet Mignon" using Chuck Steak...1/2 cup soy sauce... 1/2 cup worcestershire sauce... 2 cups red wine... 1 Tbsp garlic powder... 1 Tbsp onion powder... 4 Tbsp meat tenderizer.

Potato Mushroom Bake......with onion, garlic, cream, onion soup powder, butter cheese and breadcrumbs. This recipe has no meat in it. If you want meat, I'd see no problem with adding ground beef or maybe shredded chicken!

Crockpot Balsamic Roast Beef French Dip Sandwiches: 1 3-4 pound boneless roast beef (chuck or round roast), 1 cup beef broth, ½ cup balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon honey, ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes, 4 cloves garlic, chopped - throw it all in a crockpot & cook. Reduce gravy and serve on buns.
